IN-PERSON SESSION COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

JANUARY 2022: If you have tested positive for Covid-19, it is fine to resume physiotherapy session after you have done the recommended isolation time, starting on the day you tested positive and, if you have no more signs and symptoms. You will need if possible to wear an N95 mask until at least 14 days following the negative tests or use 2 medical masks during your session.

GET PREPARED

  • Bring a mask - I will have extra for purchase in case you forget.

  • Leave unnecessary belonging at home

  • Arrive alone (exception those requiring assistance or a guardian of a minor patient)

  • Wear/bring appropriate attire

  • Bring your own Thera-band (as needed) - I will have extra for purchase in case you forget.

  • You MUST complete the Screening & Consent Form online BEFORE your appointment

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

  • Please arrive on time. 

  • Put on your mask and enter the building.

  • Between 9am and 5pm, a front desk person will direct you to the bathroom where you need to go and wash your hands. Follow the instructions on how to open/close doors.

  • Before 9am and after 5pm, you need a fob to get up the elevator. I will come downstairs to meet you.

AFTER YOUR TREATMENT

  • You will be able to pay by etransfer online or by credit card on the spot.

  • You can also decide to leave a credit card on file with me so payment can be billed directly at the end of your session and an invoice sent.

  • Book your next session online.

  • Leave promptly after your appointment so I can prepare the space for the next client.

WHAT I AM DOING

  • I will be wearing a mask and may wear additional protective equipment like gloves or eye protection as appropriate.

  • Cleaning breaks have been added between every client to allow for sanitization of the space.

  • I will wash my hands properly between each clients.
